Q: How long does it take to get cabinets?
A: All cabinets are delivered in 21 calendar days to the Lowe's store.
Q: Is the vanity top included?
A: Vanity tops are not included with the cabinet order.
Q: Can I order a custom size?
A: Insignia cabinets cannot be custom ordered but by utilizing the 19 cabinet options available in the collection you can meet almost any size requirement.
Q: Is hardware included? Are the handle holes drilled?
A: Handle hardware is not included and the holes are not pre-drilled. This allows you to select hardware based on your preferences.
Hardware drilling templates are provided in the parts bags included with your cabinet order.
Q: What is the warranty? What if I don't like it after delivery?
A: Lifetime warranty cabinets are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for as long as you own the home in which the cabinets were installed.
Insignis Special Order items are non-returnable.
Q: Why are my cabinets of premium quality?
A: The premium quality is derived from the particle board construction, dovetail drawer boxes, concealed hinges and undermount glides, fine durable finishes, and detailed door molding.

Q: Does Insignia offer mirrors and accessories to match my cabinets?
A: Insignia offers an array of decorative wall options including mirrors, medicine cabinets and wall-mounted hutches. In addition, unique accessories are available for further customization and style.
Q: How do fillers work?
A: Fillers can be used between cabinets, against walls, and for decorative use. Fillers are 3" wide and can add a unique look to your bathroom layout. Add rope, column, fluted or standard fillers between drawer banks and vanities for a stylish design.
Q: What are my finish choices?
A: We offer nine elegant finishes and three unique door styles.
Raised panel door style is available in Satin White, Natural Maple, Medium Oak, Cinnamon, Burgundy, Sandalwood, Antique Pearl Glaze, Antique Taupe Glaze, and Antique Cognac.
Shaker door style is available in Natural Maple and Cinnamon.
Cottage door style is available in Satin White only.
